Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. I was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before joining a State Farm agency. I quickly fell in love with the business, spent three years learning and growing, and then opened my own agency.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tiffany Apsitis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
