Supporting the newly created No Surprises Act actuarial team, the full-time Actuarial Analyst II will focus on data management, analytics, and process ownership while developing actuarial forecasts, reserves, and financial analyses related to federal NSA activity in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support actuarial workstream for NSA, including forecasts, reserve estimates, and financial impact assessments Partner with various teams to gather, validate, and interpret data for NSA financial analysis and reporting Create recurring reporting packages summarizing NSA trends, financial impacts, and operational developments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field 2+ years of actuarial and/or statistics experience or attainment of Associate level in the Society of Actuaries (ASA) Expert knowledge of Excel and advanced proficiency with SAS Experience with trend analysis, actuarial forecasting, and reserves Knowledge of NSA regulations is preferred
