Owning the commission administration process, the full-time Revenue Commission Analyst will calculate payouts, resolve disputes, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely commission statements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Run the full commission cycle by validating data, applying plan mechanics, and producing clear payout statements for the GTM organization Maintain and adjudicate crediting and attribution rules, ensuring accurate quota and territory assignments while resolving complex commission scenarios Validate commissionable data, build reconciliation checks, and address discrepancies to maintain data integrity and support dispute resolution Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in commission operations, sales compensation, revenue operations, or FP&A, with ownership of a full commission cycle Experience in designing or redesigning incentive plans, along with advanced spreadsheet skills for complex data analysis Working knowledge of incentive compensation mechanics, including quotas, attainment, and crediting rules Hands-on experience with CRM data management, particularly in HubSpot and/or Salesforce Exceptional accuracy, self-review discipline, and the ability to communicate complex calculations clearly to diverse audiences
