Job Description

We’re hiring Customer Service Assistants to join our growing team! This is an entry-level position with paid training , so previous customer service, sales, marketing, or office experience is not required. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to develop professional skills in a supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers and team members to help create positive customer experiences while learning the fundamentals of our business.

Responsibilities include:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Assist with customer needs and help resolve basic concerns
• Represent our clients and maintain a positive brand experience
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Support daily team and customer service activities
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn customer engagement, communication, and business development techniques
• Work toward individual and team goals
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout customer interactions
