ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. I was a stay-at-home mom for 14 years before joining a State Farm agency. I quickly fell in love with the business, spent three years learning and growing, and then opened my own agency.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I truly believe in making the most of your time and not sacrificing family for work. That mindset carries into how I lead the office and support my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tiffany Apsitis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
