SHR Talent is partnering with a growing, highly regarded restaurant organization to identify a District Manager to oversee its Louisville, Kentucky market.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced multi-unit restaurant operator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The District Manager will initially oversee multiple established locations while playing an important role in the continued expansion of the market, including potential growth into additional Kentucky markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong full-service restaurant experience , a proven track record of leading multiple locations, and the ability to develop high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional operational standards and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for multiple restaurant locations throughout the Louisville market.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for restaurant performance.
• Drive consistent execution across operations, hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Monitor restaurant-level financial performance and partner with leadership to improve sales, profitability, labor management, and overall operating results.
• Build strong leadership teams and establish a culture of accountability, development, and high performance.
• Identify operational opportunities and implement practical solutions at the restaurant level.
• Maintain a regular presence within each location and develop strong relationships with restaurant leadership and team members.
• Support recruiting, retention, succession planning, and development of General Managers and other key restaurant leaders.
• Partner closely with executive leadership as the organization continues to expand its Kentucky footprint.
• Assist with new restaurant openings and the successful integration of additional locations as the market grows.
• Serve as a strong ambassador for the organization's culture, values, and approach to hospitality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience leading multiple restaurant locations in a District Manager, Area Manager, Director of Operations, or similar capacity.
• Strong preference for experience within a full-service restaurant environment .
• Demonstrated success managing and developing General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant-level P&L management, labor, food costs, operational metrics, and profitability.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic oversight with involvement at the store level.
• High level of accountability, urgency, and operational discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility throughout an organization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating within a growing organization.
• Ability to maintain consistency across multiple locations while preserving a strong culture and guest experience.
• Excited by the opportunity to help build and expand a market rather than simply maintain an existing portfolio.
