Job Description

Vanguard Dynamics is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Marketing professional to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing communication skills, and building a career in marketing.

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement, brand representation, and promotional activities in retail and other in-person environments. You’ll work closely with a team to help increase brand awareness, connect customers with products and services, and support campaign goals.

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development are provided to help you build the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Engage with customers in retail and other assigned locations.
• Introduce and explain products and services to customers.
• Communicate key product and brand information clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer interests and provide helpful information.
• Work toward individual and team campaign goals.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to the office and assigned work locations.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required .
