This is more than just a part-time role - it’s an opportunity to learn the insurance and financial services industry from the ground up, with hands-on training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs
• Support the sales team with outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation
• Assist with quoting policies and presenting coverage options
• Provide excellent customer service and help maintain client relationships
• Learn the fundamentals of insurance products, sales strategies, and agency operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sales, business, or financial services
• Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable

Requirements:

• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses upon hire (we’ll guide you through the process)
• Previous sales, customer service, or internship experience is a plus, but not required
