We're looking for an experienced Tile Setter to join our installation team. You'll work on bathroom, kitchen, and flooring projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, installing ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile to the highest standards. Responsibilities Install tile on floors, walls, backsplashes, and shower surrounds Prepare surfaces including leveling, waterproofing, and substrate installation Cut and shape tile using wet saws and hand tools Mix and apply thin-set, grout, and sealers Ensure precise layout and pattern alignment Maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate professionally with clients and team members Requirements 3+ years of tile installation experience Proficiency with wet saws, hand tools, and leveling systems Experience with waterproofing systems (Kerdi, RedGard, etc.) Knowledge of various tile types and installation methods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various positions Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Steady work with a growing company Supportive team environment Quality tools and materials provided How to Apply Send your resume and photos of recent tile work to jobs@renodfw.com.
