Compensation: $26/hour

Employment Type: Temporary

Start Date: October 19th

End Date: February 20th, 2027

Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days in office

We are seeking polished and customer-focused Client Advisors to join a team in a dynamic client-facing environment. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to provide an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide a high level of customer service and support
• Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and account needs
• Communicate professionally across phone, email, and other channels
• Maintain accurate client information and follow established processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Support day-to-day client service and operational needs

Schedule

The team operates on a 7-day schedule with two shifts:

• Early Shift: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Late Shift: 11:30 AM–8:30 PM
• Late shifts and weekends will be worked from home
• 3 days per week in office

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client services, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and polished demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working a rotating 7-day schedule
• Spanish fluency required for 1 of the 3 openings
